nitial D/ Akira portadas. Este proyecto empezó cómo un modo de experimentación y de desarrollar habilidades usando Adobe Illustrator y Adobe Photoshop. Ya que soy fan de la cultura anime fue un reto especial para crear algo que deseo mostrar.
Esto ha sido pensado de modo que la tipografía es geométrica bold para crear un impacto y en base a los conceptos originales de las obras. He tratado de darle un aspecto retro en el texturizado de las imágenes para dar un efecto "scan" antiguo además de un efecto manga.
Initial D/ Akira fan covers. This project started as a way to experiment and develope some skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Since I am a fan of anime culture it was special to make something I am willing to show.
This has been designed so that the typography is bold and geometric to create an impact and based on the original concepts of the works. I have tried to give it a retro look in the texturing of the images to achieve an old "scan" effect as well as a manga effect.

"Initial D" es un anime japonés que se centra en el mundo del street racing (carreras callejeras) y sigue la historia de Takumi Fujiwara, un estudiante de secundaria que trabaja como repartidor en la tienda de tofu de su padre. "Initial D" is a Japanese anime that focuses on the world of street racing and follows the story of Takumi Fujiwara, a high school student who works as a delivery boy at his father's tofu shop.
